Ingredients (6)

  • 1 package Ekrich sausage cut into rounds
  • 1 can saurkraut, rinse well under running water
  • 1 Blue Moon Beer
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper, or to taste
  • 1 onion sliced thin

I made it up for a quick entree, the beer makes it special.

Instructions

  1. 1In a large skillet, brown sausage and onion
  2. 2Add the Blue Moon beer and rest of the ingredients
  3. 3lower heat to simmer and cover skillet. Simmer 30 minutes , more or less. Do not let pan dry. When most of the beer has been absorbed, it is ready to eat.
    I serve this with cornbread and large lima beans. Yum!
