Pea Salad w/apples

This dish is great to take to parties, it’s fast to make and easy to. Using quality peas make this receipe a success every time, use the Lesueur peas because they are very small baby peas and they are very tender, they may be a little more expensive but worth it. Cook the hard boiled eggs and every thing else is ready, so about 10 minute prepration time.

Instructions

  1. 1Boil your eggs with a little oil & salt so it will make them easier to peel,
  2. 2Drain your peas thoughly,
  3. 3Chop your green onions,
  1. 1Add your onions, relish, salad dressing & eggs,
  2. 2Stir until well mix,
  3. 3Cover, and let chill.
  4. 4You can also add some chopped ham, tuna or chicken if desired.
