Ingredients (6)

  • 1 oz. blue cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp cup onion
  • linguine noodles
  • butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

For a defiant and stinky and satisfying for dinner some evening alone.

Instructions

  1. 1Mince the garlic and the onion (for a single serving, you need about 1/4 cup). Crumble the blue cheese.
  2. 2Cook the linguine noodles (other your favourite noodles), al dente. (If you like you can rinse the raw onion and raw garlic in the hot pasta water to take the sharp edge off these aromatics.)
  3. 3Toss hot cooked pasta with blue chees, minced onions, minced garlic with a dollop of butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dive in.
