Culinary traditions are important on Jewish holidays, and for the seven or eight days of Passover, you'll be celebrating this major spring festival commemorating the liberation of the Israelites from Egyptian slavery. Check out our Passover-approved desserts too, from our Matzo Brittle recipe to our Hungarian Chocolate-Walnut Torte recipe.
