This is a very easy recipe, lentil soup as it should be… with lentils. No funny spices which you need to look for for hours.
- Can of lentils 400g (or fresh if you prefer)
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot
- 1 large potato
- Chicken or vegetable stock 1 liter
1Dice the onion and fry for few minutes in big saucepan with olive oil
2Add diced carrot and potato
5Cook for ca 25 minutes
6Take from fire, and process the soup with processor or blender
7Simmer for a few minutes and add salt and pepper
