  • 1 - 15 oz can of chick peas
  • juice of one large lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup of hot water
  • salt
  • 1 T virgin olive oil
  • ground red chili
  • cilantro (optional)
  • cumin (optional)

Very quick, easy and tasty. All you need is a can opener and a food processor.


  1. 1Process first items in food processor until smooth, add hot water and olive oil. Add seasonings to taste.
