Honey Mustard Sauce
A classic honey mustard sauce for classic dipping: pretzels, chicken fingers, you name it. This blend of mustard powder, apple cider vinegar, honey, and a pinch of kosher salt also does wonders as a sandwich spread for ham or corned beef, both traditional and slow-cured.
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Kosher salt
Combine the dry mustard with the vinegar and mix well (it should be really thick). Let sit 10 minutes for the mustard flavor to set, then mix in the honey and a pinch of salt.
