Hannibal Lecter

In the book Hannibal, Dr. Lecter often drank Lillet with orange as an apéritif. As a stiff riff on that, try this Lillet cocktail—without any of the Hannibal creepiness, of course.

Instructions

  1. 1Place orange twist in a chilled cocktail glass.
  2. 2Combine Lillet and vodka in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into the prepared glass, and serve.
