Ingredients (7)

  • 3/4 pd. of uncooked chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 cup of medium red bell peppers;cut into i inch strips
  • 1/2 package of {.oz 8 .oz} fresh whole mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons reduced- Italian Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza Seaoning
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce [FROM A 14. OZ. JAR]

Grilled Pizza Chicken Kabobs

This is a great tailgate recipe; and it is so different from the ordionary;‘’ burgers or wings’’

Instructions

  1. 1Heat gas or charcoal grill; on each of two metal shewrers; thread chicken; bell pepper’and muxhrooms’ alternally; leaving 1/2 inch space inbeteewn each peice.
  2. 2Brush kabobs with pizza seaoning; cover and grill kabobs over meduim heat cook; apx. 9 to 11 minutes; or until chicken is no longer pink in center..Turning once.
  3. 3Sprinkle immeditly with grated parmesan cheese.
  4. 4Meanwhile; in one quart saucepan; heat pizza sauce over low heat..Serve with warm pizza sauce.
  5. 5If you do not have pizza seaoning on hand; you can se 1 tsp. Italian Dressing; also you can use any color of bell pepper that you have on hand.
