A crunchy walnut streusel topping and the addition of cider vinegar to the filling set this apple pie recipe apart from the traditional double-crust version. Stud the sweet apple filling with golden raisins, pile it into a flaky crust, and bake for 20 minutes to soften the apples. Top with the walnut streusel and continue baking until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm slices with melty scoops of Cinnamon Ice Cream, or soft clouds of Easy Whipped Cream.
