Coconut Ice Cream

This dairy free ice cream is a great alternative to having to scrounge from the ready made variants in the supermarket. And it’s SO EASY!
- 4 cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Coconut extract
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1Combine coconut milk and sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves
2Whisk in extract and coconut flakes
3Put in freezer, stirring every now and then until hardened.
