Chicken Breast Reuben Hero
This recipe is one that is in my coming up cook book. If you like Reuben sandwiches , I think you will love this.
- 1 cup pesto, 2 chicken breast (split ) 1 pkg. corned beef, 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 french rolls (6 inch ) partially split, 1 can ( 12 oz) sauerkraut ( rinsed and diveded
- by four
1Heat oven to 350. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done ( 165 ).
2Toast roll, spread pesto onto bottom half of each roll. Place corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
3Put top on each roll and (enjoy ). Serve with a side salad or fries.
