Blue Moon Roasted Pork Loin  w/ Mustard Salt Crust

Ingredients (10)

  • 1 lrg Pork loin
  • 2 bottles of Blue moon
  • 3 oz Southern Comfort (90 proof)
  • 2 tbl spoon black pepper
  • 2 tsp Madras Curry Powder
  • 3 Clove garlic (rough chopped)
  • 3 Cups Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 tbl spoon Rosemary
  • 1 tbl spoon Thyme

  1. 1Pre heat your over to 400 dergees Fahrenheit
  2. 2marinate pork in one and a half bottles of Blue Moon with the garlic, black pepper , curry powder and Southern Comfort . For about 35 -45 minutes ( if you like u can perforate the loin before the salt crust)

    SALT CRUST mix salt and rosemary , Thyme and Whole Grain Mustard in a bowl along with 1/2 bottle of Blue Moon.

  4. 4Cover the marinate pork in the salt crust and bake for 35 minutes to an hour at 400 degrees.
