  • 1 lb. Kielbasa Saugage, 2 Cans Sauerkraut, 4 Green Apples (sliced), 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 bottle Blue Moon Beer (any flavor)

Summary

Being a woman on the go, I am always looking for and creating dishes that I can prepare in the crock pot. I love cooking with beer so this was just an “experiment gone right!”

Instructions

  1. 1Layer ingredients in crock pot sausage first, sliced green apples and sauerkraut. Sprinkle with brown sugar and poor Blue Moon Beer over all. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
