1Mix ground beef with eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup,bread crumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Fold in by hand until well mixed, and form into balls. Size of meatballs can vary, depending on preference and/or how many people will be eating
2Pour 2 bottles of blue moon and 1 cup of ketchup into a medium sauce pot. Stir gently. You may add additional seasonings into pot as preferred for taste. Heat to boiling over a medium flame.
3Add meatballs to pot and cover. Simmer for approx 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Juices from the meat combined with beer and ketchup will make a thin but tasty sauce. Check meatballs for done-ness, and then spoon 3-5 meatballs (depending on size made) with sauce over egg noodles or rice, and enjoy!
