Zwilling SS saucepan

lubashul | May 8, 202001:22 PM     15

I just bought 1 qt ss zwilling spirit saucepan. Straight out of box it was the most beautiful and slick ss saucepan I ever held. However, upon first use (i boiled brussel sprouts) the lid started misting to the point of not seeing anything in the pot. It was one of the reasons why I chose it, because it had glass lid. And after I hand washed it and towel dried it, the bottom turned rainbow blue with white spots. I used and abused my calphalon saucepans for years, maybe ones or twice there were white spots, but never it turned blue. My plan was to slowly replace my calphalon pans with higher quality and looks ss pans, so I got 1 zwilling to test, but now I don’t if all nice ss pans turn blue? Or should I go with different company? The problem is other companies either don’t have glass lids or the sizes I need. Only calphalon with newer design again comes close to it. Does anyone know of the company that has glass lids and variety of sizes ss saucepan?
