On a return trip from Florida many years ago I stopped off at a local farm in Georgia and bought a bottle of homemade zorgmum. I remember that when I got home and tasted it I tossed it. But it was remarkable in terms of taste and texture. I don't remember what they used it for but I suspect most of the use related to breakfast. Is anybody familiar with this or use it for something. I never see it on the shelves but then I don't live in the deep south. Thanks
