There is a Yemenite restaurant in Tel Aviv called Zion Exclusive. I have not been there in many years but they used to have these 'special' desserts that were fantastic. They would never tell you what the ingredients were, but it seemed as though it was some sort of fruit or more possibly vegetable that may have been poached in a sweet syrup. Is anyone familiar with these and even better, can anyone tell me how to make them? Thank you in advance.
