My favorite bran muffins are from Zen Bakery. They are in LA, but they sell them in many stores in CA. They are low in calories and fat, but moist and delicious.
Here's the ingredient list:
Water, white grape, bran, whole wheat flour, fruit (changes depending on variety, they make alot), canola oil, sodium bicarbonate, salt.
Has anyone seen a recipe that is anything like that? I'm dying to recreate them, b/c they are hard to find in the bay area.
