New Zealand foodie tour - north and south island recs please

LAfoodexplorer | Oct 17, 201410:09 AM     12

Going to be exploring both the north and south islands over the next few weeks. Our vacations always tend to become foodie tours. Would appreciate suggestions for restaurants (hole-in-the wall to fine dining), artisan bread bakeries (I'm an artisan baker), cheesemakers and cheese shops/delis.

Thanks!
