I'm using Fleischmann's Rapid Rise Highly Active Yeast in 1/4 oz envelopes.
The package has directions on the back.
The directions indicate to mix with dry ingredients, so I'm assuming it's instant yeast.
But it also says to add liquids that are 120-130 degrees F.
That temperature seems much higher with what I've learned.
I've been using room temp water. Would I get better results following
the higher temps as indicated by the manufaturer?
I always mix, cover and put in the fridge for a few days.
