Butter Poached Australian Lobster Tail Salad
with lamb lettuce tosssed on a creamy tarragon vinaigrette, garnished with a mango, papaya, pomegranate salsa.
Sous-vide Lamb Chop
drizzled with a pomegranate balsamic glaze on a bed of edemame mash, sprinkled with crushed pistchios.
Miso Glazed Black Cod
with a side of fluffy white rice.
