New Year's Dinner experiences?

I'd love to hear people's New Year's Eve dinner experiences? Who had great food, drinks and service?

My husband and I ate at a delicious 4-Course Dinner at Starlite. We typically host a party on New Year's Eve to avoid the inflated prices and over-crowded restaurants that go along with New Year's and Valentine's Day. But I'd been wanting to have dinner at Starlite (I had only been here for brunch, drinks, and dessert on previous occasions), and would definitely recommend them after my most recent dinner experience. The service was excellent, our drinks were incredible (Laurel Martinis and Sour Cherry Margaritas), and the food was really good. We started with an amuse bouche of delicate Kampachi and Wahoo fishes with edamame and black-eyed peas. Our first courses were generous in size and fantastic, an out-of-this world Spinach tower salad with roasted potatoes underneath. The dressings were fantastic. I believe this might be the restaurant's signature salad. I had a delicious crab and corn chowder. Next we had seared tuna with an avocado relish, and next we had NY strips that were nicely charred and served w/ asparagus. We finished the meal with an excellent flourless chocolate cake with homemade buttermilk ice cream. I have to say that their pastry chef is excellent, and their desserts are always delicious. I recently had a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake at Starlite.

Another nice thing about Starlite is the quiet atmosphere (even with a full dining room, you could easily carry on a conversation, and thankfully the music wasn't too loud), and cozy decor.
