New Year's Brunch Open House

MazDee | Dec 25, 201308:18 PM

I want to invite about 25 friends for an open house 10-2 New Year's Day, I´m thinking of 2 Spanish tortillas with romesco sauce, 2 veggie-cheese quiches, a big bowl of fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya, melon) and a bunch of little bites (mini bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese or cream cheese and jam, etc). A fruit tart or some kind of fruit pastry (probably bought). Espresso or regular coffee and the usual array of morning type drinks with juice and vodka. I am not sure whether 2 of each pies will be enough, and whether there should be some bacon in there? Mostly I want to know if it's enough food for that crowd. Thanks
