OK, when I ate at a local Chinese place the other day I noticed several items on the menu listed as being served in XO sauce. I was going to post here and ask what that was, but I was afraid of showing my ignorance. But when Steve T. responded to my post on the restaurant, he mentioned having had one of the dishes with XO sauce. I decided to get over it and ask, and this seems the appropriate place to post. So, hounds, what exactly is XO sauce? Steve, can you describe it? Thanks in advance!
