Had a fabulous feast here in Chinatown recently: banh mi bo kho (awe-inspiring flavor in that beef), banh mi cari ga (also great, though both would have benefited from crustier French bread), goi cuan (two orders), pho tai nam, ban xeo (excellent crispy crepe), ca kho to (carmelized salmon, couldn't talk my friend into catfish), fried spring rolls, avocado shake, pineapple shake. Absurd amount of food for five people, which we polished off anyway, for about $70 inclusive.
Admired a seafood hotpot special at a nearby table. Super-friendly, helpful service. I liked Nam Vang a lot, but this is a worthy successor.
