How do servers ring up the wine that customers purchase?
By bin number? By name? Barcode? What if they write the wrong one down or make the same mistakes customers do?
It seems to me with similar bottles/vintages/names that almost any system would be full of potential for error in the journey of the wine bottle from vineyard to table.
How about an instant reciept for the wine ordered? You are presented with the wine bottle and a small print out to survey and approve?
