Had a terrible bout of dim sum at CCC last weekend. Tough har gow skins, undercooked pork in the poorly flavored siu mai and pork + spinach dumplings. The har tseung - shrimp wrapped in a rice crepe - was the worst i've ever had. Tough wrap, chewy tasteless shrimp. Tea way way too strong, no choice of tea type. Only char siu bao were edible. Unbelievably bad overall.
Ugh... I'll stick to New Shanghai on the weekdays and Emperor's Garden otherwise I guess. At their worst they're still a billion times better than that CCC disaster.
