I had moved away from Beverly and into the city about a year ago and returned this weekend for a visit. An old spot which I once loved until it got SO dirty I felt sick entering was Tapas Corner (nothing to do with real Tapas stlye food). I was a small burrito place that once served really cool, fresh wraps. Not to my surprise it was gone, and in its place is Wrapture.
This place is wonderful!!!!!!!!
Super clean and complicated "restaurant quality menu" all in a small take out (although they have a few stools)VERY INEXPENSIVE cafe. I got the braised lamb wrap ($8) with sundried tomato, spinach and a galic potato spread (which I was told is greek)it was beyond words. This is the first place where I was offered a Flax seed burrito shell. WOW. Everything was cooked to order with one guy in the open kitchen flipping saute pans like he belonged in a 4 star restaurant. After eating my wrap, I had to get another one to go. The grilled steak wrap($7) was better than the first! Grilled steak tips smothered with poblano peppers, roasted shucked corn, and a spicy feta cheese spread. I cant wait to go back and try the stir frys.
