World Cuisine and Paderno World Cusine - any difference?

I ordered and received

http://www.amazon.com/Paderno-World-C...

and the packing slip said "Paderno World Cusine" but nowhere did it say on my pan that it was "Paderno" or had a brand name.

The reason I really question this is because the quality is not to my liking. It looks anything but professional soldering in the corners.

I do see similar items, as well, such as paella pans, etc. specifically itemized as just "Paderno World Cusines" and sometimes just "World Cuisine."

Does anyone know if there is a difference? In branding or quality or ...
