I was at Woodlands in Artesia on Xmas Day (wonderful rava masala dosa, idly were more 'fermented' tasting (sort of the same flavor that makes injera distinctive) and vada were less greasy than is typical - all very yummy). Anyway, the restaurant said that it now has a branch, due to overwhelming customer demand, in Chatsworth.
Has anyone been to this location? Any reports? Is the quality the same?
Also, anyone care to compare the merits of the southern Indian places in LA. I imagine Artesia has most of them. I have been in the sweets place in Culver City and only ordered burfi, which was horrid, so I haven't gone back to try dosai or any savory dishes.
