Thanks for Woodinville recommends!

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped me plan my wine tasting trip to Woodinville, WA. I just got back this weekend and had a great time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to visit any of the good suggestions - Facelli, DiStefano, and DeLille all were unavailable for a Friday afternoon. Next time, I will go on a weekend and hopefully have better luck.
I was able to make it to Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia, and Silver Lake. I agree with the comment about tours at Ste. Michelle - our guide knew practically nothing and was obviously going based on a script - couldn't even find Yakima Valley on a map! Unfortunately it seems like that's the only way to get the free tasting. Had I known this (and were it not for my companions who preferred the budget route), I would have skipped this entiredly. I very much preferred the reserve tastings at Ste. Michelle and Columbia to the free tastings - it was worth the $5. Silver Lake went over great with my friends who enjoyed the cider tasting.
I also happened to get over to Saito's in Belltown. I was very impressed by the selection and quality of the fish. The toro my friend had (I have never seen 4 kinds of toro listed on a menu before!) was to die for and the omakase selection I had was delicious... I was less so happy with the service we received. Our sake came 3/4 of the way through the meal and were waited on by 3 different servers...
