I have been trying to make my own wonton wrapper for weeks and somehow could not get it right. I tried following recipes in cookbook and on the Internet but nothing turns out right. All the recipes indicate 4 ingredients: wheat flour, egg white, water and salt.
I doubt that the given ingredients are correct because after making the skin, the colour of the dough isn't yellow like the ones you buy from the shops.
Secondly, the skin becomes too bubbly, meaning it has too many bubbles after frying.
Is there anyone who can help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it very much.
