Wong's Ice Cream opened a few days ago on Gerrard just east of Broadview (Chinatown East). The ice cream flavours are all Asian-influenced and feature such options as Black Sesame with Salted Duck Egg, Chocolate Yuzu, Vietnamese Coffee, and Wasabi Honey. I've sampled most of the flavours (and had a couple of cones so far) and they're delicious -- not overly sweet, with wonderful mouthfeel. No gums or stabilizers are added.
