Hi, yesterday I took a stab at roasting a baking pan of frozen okra alongside a couple of hearty chicken breasts in a different pan. I put them side by side in the middle rack at 425, letting the okra pan stay in the oven during pre-heating. I checked at 20 minutes, the okra was done but the chicken breasts needed more time (they were perfect after 10 more minutes). Overall, it worked fairly well and it's a system I'd like to perfect for meal prep purposes. I might also like to cook even more chicken breast at the same time. Any advice for me about cooking times/ oven placement that might get the timing even better or make this more efficient? Does having the pan of chicken next to the frozen okra lower oven temps and raise the cooking time for the chicken? Planning to try with other frozen vegetables as well.
