Hello, I am hosting a women's hike for 60 people in our area (Southern CA) and will be serving a "light breakfast" before the hike.
My desire is to have some easy-to-eat-without-having-to-sit -down-at-a-table-food. But I would also like it to healthyish and be more than just Costco muffins cut in half. I'd love any feedback. Thanks in advance!
