Wolferman's Egg Rolls

Years ago, Wolferman's (Kansas City) used to sell what it called egg rolls. These were not the Chinese variety but rather a soft, eggy, somewhat sweet, soft yeast roll that was traditionally served with ham. They were heavenly. The current Wolferman's web site doesn't recognize them. Does anyone out there remember them and do you have a receipe?
