I'm looking forward to my visit to the Fair this year. I think of it as one of my major chow events. In the spirit of full disclosure, I have to admit that I'm coming over the border from the south, so I don't know Milwaukee chow thoroughly. My fave things to eat are the butterfly pork sandwich, grilled corn, grilled brats, and, as statute requires, a cream puff.
My question, oh cousins to the north, is am I missing anything fabulous? What should I not miss eating this year?
P.S. It was a VERY happy day in my life when it was realized that Wisconsin microbreweries were a huge asset and something to be included in the fair. Fresh Capitol.....aaahhhhhh.
