Wing tips

Most recipes for buffalo wings -- including several posted to this site in recent weeks -- specify that the wing tips should be discarded, which has always puzzled me. Personally, I *love* the wing tips -- they get all crispy and crunchy, mmmmm (for what it's worth, I also love chicken tails), and I *never* discard them when making buffalo wings.

Am I the only one who feels this way?
