It's the 11th hour...I am sure I read somewhere about adding liquids to the roaster bag for roast turkey. Some white wine or some Italian dressing come to mind. I have always wanted to try this, but the directions that come with the roaster bags say to not add liquids.
Anyone ever try this? In a stuffed or empty-cavity bird?
