I picked up some gorgeous wild king salmon at the "Eat fish live longer" stand in Reading Terminal Market yesterday. It was the smoothest, butteriest salmon I've had in ages. I highly recommend it. It was $15.99 a lb. The other fish stand also had wild king salmon at $11.99 a lb, but it didn't look as lovely. I have no idea how long the season lasts.
I prepared it by drizzling it with a soy-orange marmalade-dill glaze, then broiling it.
