Marc Vetri's recipe for White Truffle Fondue used to be available on Google Books preview. It appears that it is no longer available and the Borders and Barnes and Noble by my house are both sold out of Il Viaggio di Vetri. Since the recipe is still under copyright protection, if anybody knows the ingredient list and quantity and would be willing to post it, i would greatly appreciate it. I know it is heavy cream, white truffle oil and parm. reg., but don't know the quantity or if I am forgetting anything. I am hoping to make the sweet onion crepes with the white truffle fondue. Thanks!
