A friend just dropped off a boxful of white sapotes.
I have about, as I type this, probably 45 of these things -- each about the size of a small grapefruit or large apple. And, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on perspective) they are all ripe. Ripe as in if I'm too heavy handed with these things they'll bruise.
So, aside from eating white sapotes 3 meals a day for the rest of the month, any creative ideas on what to do with these?
(By the way, I'm not complaining because I love the way these things taste -- it's just I have *so* many)
