OK, I have a big bunch of fragrant dill, and I have a bag of fancy dried white beans (granjas, from Spain, to be exact). What should I do?
I was thinking to soak the beans overnight and simmer in salt water with clove studded onions and garlic. then combine the warm beans with EVOO, crushed garlic, dill, salt, pepper and maybe some red wine vinegar.
Any other suggestions?
