I'm going through a yogurt phase again. I'm a very particular yogurt eater: can't be too sour (too "yogurty"), can't be too sweet, must never be fat free, and stuff made with whole milk is preferable to low fat product. Basically, the less it tastes like yogurt and the more it tastes like pudding the more likely I am to like it. I'm currently eating Liberte (should be an accent aigu over that "e") Mediterranee (more missing aigus) Peach and Passion Fruit flavor Yogourt, purchased on my recent field trip to the Whole Foods in the Time Warner building. IT TASTES LIKE WHIPPED CREAM! And it is perfect. The texture and consistency are also whipped cream-like - there are perfect soft peaks covering the surface each time I lift my spoon out of the container. I've noted that cream is, indeed, the second ingredient listed.
