Whole wheat pastry flour question

wyf4lyf | Mar 1, 2006 05:39 PM

I just read a post that said you can substitue whole wheat pastry flour for regular flour in muffins. Does this work for all baked goods? Brownies? Cakes? Sweet breads? Curious what your experiences have been. I just bought my first bag of it and wasn't sure what to do with it except for pie and quiche crusts. Eager to hear!!

Thanks...
