I posted on the Genral Topics board that i ordered a prime rib from Kreuz's Market for a dinner this upcoming Saturday.
What would be great with it? I thought about a horseradish cream sauce, but do not want to detract from the flavor of the mea.
For a side, I think the roast potatoes and sour cream/onion topping from Union Square's cookbook would be good, but not very creative.
Anyone have any good ideas?
