Westchester shut out!

Aside from Stone Barns westchester was completely shut out of Michelin. Completely agree with Michelin here. The restaurants are just not good. And Stone Barns doesn’t count as westchester restaurant. it’s a nyc or national restaurant that happens to be located in westchester. It’s in westchester but not off westchester.
