Weird raw egg yolk amuse bouche--what do you think?

At Campton Place in San Francisco, I was served an amuse bouche that consisted of a raw chicken egg yolk topped with sea urchin roe and osetra caviar.

What do you think about this? Would you like it?

My reaction was that I didn't like it at all (nor did my dining companion), but I'm interested in your thoughts.
