A week in Saugerties... food, markets, all...

Hey guys,

I am spending a week in Saugerties and I need some help with a whole host of different things:

1. Where can I go for a good market with great meat, seafood and gourmet foods? I am happy to drive up to 20 minutes away for this. If I need to go to separate fish markets and butchers, no problem, I would rather have the quality so throw out any suggestions.

2. I need a couple of places that would be nice for lunch. Italian, american, bistro all work fine. If anything with outdoor seating even better. Baby friendly, although the baby will probably just sleep the whole time anyway.

3. One or two great restaurants for an early dinner - casual. Same type of cuisine as above, but would also love to know if there is a great Japanese restaurant as well. Again, a place that will not mind a sleeping baby hanging out with us.

4. Any good places to order in from? I am sure we are not going to want to cook or eat out every night. This could be any restaurant that may deliver or allows a pickup... also, would love to know if there is any great PIZZA in Saugerties or the surrounding areas.

Thanks everyone for any help that you can provide!!

PS - also hear that there is a farmers market on saturdays in Saugerties. Is it any good? Worth going to?
